2. Products & Availability

At Merak Cakes, every product is handcrafted with care. While we strive to ensure consistency, slight variations in colour, design, decoration, or finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Product availability is subject to stock and seasonal ingredients. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Custom Cake Orders

Custom cakes are specially created based on your requirements.

Design references are used as inspiration and may not be replicated exactly.
Minor variations in colour, decoration, and finishing are normal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate spellings, messages, flavours, and design preferences while placing the order.
Once a custom cake design is approved, changes may not be possible depending on the production stage.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Merak Cakes reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order has been successfully placed.

Please review your order details carefully. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.

6. Delivery & Store Pickup

Delivery timelines are subject to location, traffic, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

While we take utmost care during transportation, Merak Cakes shall not be responsible for damage caused after successful delivery or pickup.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Standard product orders may be cancelled only before they enter the preparation stage.

Custom cake orders, personalised products, and bulk corporate orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Modification requests are subject to feasibility and must be communicated well in advance.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The incorrect product has been delivered.
The product is damaged during delivery.
The order cannot be fulfilled by Merak Cakes.

9. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

Wheat (Gluten)

Chocolate
Other allergens

Customers with food allergies are requested to inform us before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
